Integrated Management

We have a strong integrated system which links Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Management systems.  Although this is personally administered by our senior staff and directors the integration and details of each element of the systems are detailed in a lengthy, but accurate, procedures manual which is vital to all new and existing projects.
 
In addition to our procedures manual, we have the added care and responsibility which the directors afford to each individual contract. All directors are committed to our “Hands on Approach” and in effect carry out an Executive Contract and Project Management role for every contract.
 
This role covers the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Ability to maintain or improve upon programmes.
  • Quality Control.
  • Buildability and Technical Issues.
  • Problem Resolution.
  • Motivation and Man Management.

Each one of our contracts is visited by a director at least three times a week in order to identify and highlight any potential problems at an early stage.  Thereafter solutions are arrived at in conjunction with the Senior Site Management Team and empowered at the highest level for immediate implementation.

This process eliminates problems when they are in their infancy and prevents any possibility of escalation into something which may be more costly and difficult to resolve.
