McTaggart Construction are delighted to secure preferred contractor on this exciting development. Glasgow West Housing Association Ltd, Queens Cross Housing Association Ltd and Southside Housing Association Ltd together form the client body associated with the design and construction of approximately 270 housing units on four sites in Glasgow. The housing is a mix of social housing, homestake and private sale, with approximately 25-30% being for outright sale by McTaggart Construction.  This innovative procurement method was developed by the three RSL’s to promote value for money through collaboration.
