Details: Construction of a new extension to provide, laundry, staff changing and toilet facilities and a plant room at lower ground level. Reception area, office, lounge, interview room, assisted bathroom and 15 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms at ground floor level also some at first floor level. Link corridor to existing Hollybush House and timber annex. Foul and surface water underground drainage system and up-grading of access road. Formation of a new car park area and associated footpaths.
