During the last 10 to 15 years we have undertaken many diverse social housing projects. 85 per cent of our overall turnover is derived from residential housing. In the past three years alone we have successfully completed over 30 projects within the residential housing sector. Project values range from £1m - £7.5m culminating in over £68m attributed to social housing projects. Most of these projects were for clients who are RSL, with many pleased to give us repeat business.
We have extensive experience in new build, rehabilitation and fabric repair works, being nominated and winning awards for our craftsmanship and quality. We use a variety of construction methods which include traditional build, timber frame, steel frame and concrete frame.
